Effect of wechat-based continuous nursing intervention on quality of life of perimenopausal women
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention based on wechat platform on the quality of life of perimenopausal women. Methods 80 perimenopausal women were selected as the study subjects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with continuous nursing intervention using wechat as media on this basis. The scores of the menopause-specific quality of life(MENQOL),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension and the total score of MENQOL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the PSQI score of the observation group was(7.45±1.13)points,which was lower than(9.65±1.27)points of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention using wechat as media can improve the quality of life of perimenopausal women and reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression.
