Effect of targeted nursing intervention on body mass and metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome
Objective To explore the effects of targeted nursing intervention on body mass and metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 120 patients with PCOS were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with targeted nursing intervention.The body mass and metabolic level of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the body mass,body mass index and waist/hip circumference in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gestational diabetes in the observation group was 1.67%,lower than 11.67%in the control group,and the cesarean section rate,neonatal hypoglycemia rate,premature delivery rate and neonatal intensive care unit transfer rate were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PCOS patients receive targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the physical condition,pregnancy outcome and perinatal outcome are better,worthy of clinical promotion and use.
