Effect of comprehensive nursing on self-management ability and compliance of patients undergoing uterine myomectomy
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on self-management ability and compliance of patients undergoing uterine myomectomy.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by computer random number method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with uterine myomectomy.During this period,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,self-management ability scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of exercise management,medicine compliance,lifestyle and self-management in the observation group were(16.71±2.57)points,(35.76±4.08)points,(16.74±3.06)points and(16.48±2.53)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than(14.23±3.12)points,(32.38±4.19)points,(15.07±2.65)points,(14.39±3.32)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing uterine myomectomy can effectively improve their self-management ability and compliance,and has application and promotion value.
