摘要
目的 探究人文关怀护理应用于宫颈癌放疗患者中的效果.方法 选取40例宫颈癌患者,均接受放疗治疗,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组.对照组(20例)采用常规护理,观察组(20例)在此基础上采用人文关怀护理.比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分分别为(43.20±1.82)分、(46.37±0.82)分,均低于对照组的(46.29±2.11)分、(49.20±1.24)分(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组躯体功能、社会功能、情感功能和生理状况评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 宫颈癌放疗患者接受人文关怀护理的效果理想,利于疏解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升其生活质量,可推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods 40 patients with cervical cancer were selected and treated with radiotherapy.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(20 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(20 cases)received humanistic care nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were(43.20±1.82)points and(46.37±0.82)points,respectively,which were lower than(46.29±2.11)points and(49.20±1.24)points in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,social function,emotional function and physiological status in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanistic care nursing for patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy is ideal,which is beneficial to relieve their anxiety and depression,improve their quality of life,and can be popularized.
