Effect of humanistic care nursing in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods 40 patients with cervical cancer were selected and treated with radiotherapy.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(20 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(20 cases)received humanistic care nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were(43.20±1.82)points and(46.37±0.82)points,respectively,which were lower than(46.29±2.11)points and(49.20±1.24)points in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,social function,emotional function and physiological status in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanistic care nursing for patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy is ideal,which is beneficial to relieve their anxiety and depression,improve their quality of life,and can be popularized.
