不孕症患者行宫腹腔镜治疗的手术室护理配合要点及护理效果观察

摘要
目的 研究不孕症患者宫腹腔镜治疗中的手术室护理配合要点及效果.方法 选取48例不孕症患者为研究对象,依据抽签法分为常规组(24例)及观察组(24例),均接受宫腹腔镜治疗.常规组采用手术室常规护理配合,观察组在此基础上加强手术室护理配合.对比两组患者的手术室相关指标、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度.结果 在手术室相关指标方面,观察组各指标均优于常规组(P＜0.05).观察组术后并发症发生率为8.33％,低于常规组的33.33％(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度为95.83％,高于常规组的70.83％(P＜0.05).结论 在不孕症患者宫腹腔镜治疗中加强手术室护理配合,能优化手术指标、减少并发症,并提高患者的满意度,值得进一步推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To study the key points of nursing cooperation in the operating room and the nursing effects for infertility patients undergoing uterine laparoscopic therapy.Methods 48 infertile patients were selected as the study objects and were divided into the routine group(24 cases)and the observation group(24 cases)according to the drawing method.The routine group adopted the routine nursing cooperation in the operating room,and the observation group strengthened the nursing cooperation in the operating room on this basis.The operating room related indexes,postoperative complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of operating room related indexes,the observation group was better than the routine group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.33％,which was lower than 33.33％in the routine group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83％,which was higher than 70.83％of the routine group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the nursing cooperation in the operating room can optimize the operating room related indexes,reduce complications,and improve the satisfaction of patients in the uterine laparoscopic treatment of infertility patients,which is worthy of further popularization.
