Application effect of systematic nursing in operating room nursing of patients with cervical cancer and its influence on complications
Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing in operating room nursing of patients with cervical cancer and its influence on complications.Methods 40 patients with cervical cancer were selected as the study objects,all of whom received surgical treatment,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by digital random selection method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional operating room nursing,and the observation group received systematic nursing in operating room.The complication rate,nursing satisfaction and postoperative quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00％,which was lower than 40.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00％,higher than 65.00％of the control group(P＜0.05).After operation,the scores of physiological function,general health status,emotional function,physiological function,social function and mental health in the the MOS item short from health survey of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of systematic nursing in the operation room nursing of cervical cancer is ideal,which can reduce the complications of surgery and improve the quality of life after surgery,and has application value.
