Effects of group nursing intervention on quality of life,satisfaction and psychological state of cervical cancer patients after concurrent chemoradiotherapy
Objective To observe the effect of group nursing intervention on quality of life,satisfaction and psychological state of cervical cancer patients after concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods 68 patients with cervical cancer were selected as the study objects and were randomly assigned to group A and group B,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups received concurrent chemoradiotherapy.During this period,group A received routine nursing and group B received group nursing intervention on this basis.The quality of life,satisfaction and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of quality of life in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The satisfaction of group B was 97.06%,which was higher than 79.41%of group A(P<0.05).After nursing,all negative emotion scores in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cervical cancer receiving group nursing intervention during concurrent chemoradiotherapy has obvious advantages,which can not only effectively improve their quality of life and satisfaction,but also improve their psychological state to a certain extent,which is worth promoting.
