Application effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on parturients in cesarean section
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing combined with health education for parturients in cesarean section.Methods 78 cesarean section parturients were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing combined health education on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the negative emotion scores in the observation group were lower(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the rates of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was higher in all periods(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100％,which was higher than 87.18％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with health education for parturients in cesarean section can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,improve negative emotions and increase breastfeeding rate.
