The effect of personalized nursing intervention on the satisfaction of pregnant women with natural vaginal delivery in obstetrics
Objective To study the effect of personalized nursing intervention on pregnant women with natural vaginal delivery in obstetrics and its influence on nursing satisfaction. Methods 75 pregnant women with natural vaginal delivery were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to the order of natural delivery.Among them,1~37 pregnant women were the control group and 38~75 pregnant women were the observation group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received personalized nursing intervention. The labor time, postpartum blood loss, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The duration of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum bleeding in the observation group was(182.00±32.00)ml,less than(235.00±41.00)ml in the control group, and the length of hospitalization was(4.27±1.09)d,shorter than(7.55±2.45)d in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 100%,higher than 89.19%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention can effectively reduce the labor time, reduce postpartum bleeding, shorten hospital stay and improve nursing satisfaction of the pregnant women.
