Effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To study the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 88 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the general intervention group(44 cases)and the early comprehensive nursing intervention group(44 cases).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBA1c in the early comprehensive nursing intervention group were lower,the anxiety score was lower,while the quality of life score was higher(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of blood glucose control efficiency and the incidence of maternal and infant complications in the early comprehensive nursing intervention group were 95.46%and 4.54%,which were better than 77.27%and 22.73%in the general intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention in gestational diabetes mellitus patients is ideal,which is helpful to better control their blood glucose level and reduce the occurrence of maternal and infant complications.
