Effect of predictive nursing intervention in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery
Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery. Methods 60 cases of vaginal delivery were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with predictive nursing intervention. The blood loss at 2 h and 24 h after delivery, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were compared between the two groups. Results The blood loss at 2 h and 24 h postpartum in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 3.3%,lower than 20.0%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing intervention in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of women with vaginal delivery can help to further improve postpartum hemorrhage and negative emotions, and is worthy of application and promotion in obstetrics.
