综合护理干预在产后肺栓塞患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 研究综合护理干预在产后肺栓塞患者中的应用效果.方法 选取68例产后肺栓塞患者,随机分为两组.传统护理干预组(34例)行传统护理干预,综合护理干预组(34例)行综合护理干预.比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 综合护理干预组咳嗽症状消失时间、胸痛症状消失时间、呼吸功能恢复正常时间、血气指标恢复正常时间、住院时间均更短(P＜0.05).干预后,综合护理干预组遵医依从性评分、生活质量调查问卷评分均更高(P＜0.05).综合护理干预组护理满意度为97.06％,较传统护理干预组的79.41％更高(P＜0.05).干预后,综合护理干预组汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、并发症发生率均更低(P＜0.05).结论 产后肺栓塞患者接受综合护理干预,可获得更好的护理效果.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in postpartum patients with pulmonary embolism.Methods 68 patients with postpartum pulmonary embolism were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional nursing intervention group(34 cases)received traditional nursing intervention,and the comprehensive nursing intervention group(34 cases)received comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the comprehensive nursing intervention group,the time of cough symptom disappearing,chest pain symptom disappearing,respiratory function returning to normal,blood gas index returning to normal and hospital stay were shorter(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of compliance and quality of life-30 in the comprehensive nursing intervention group were higher(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive nursing intervention group was 97.06％,which was higher than 79.41％of the traditional nursing intervention group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the Hamilton anxiety scale score and complication rate in the comprehensive nursing intervention group were lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion The patients with postpartum pulmonary embolism receive comprehensive nursing intervention,can obtain better nursing effect.
