Effect of high-quality nursing intervention on anxiety and postpartum pain in primiparous women undergoing natural childbirth
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on anxiety and postpartum pain in primiparous women undergoing natural childbirth.Methods 50 cases of primiparous women undergoing natural childbirth were were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The bad mood and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).48 h after delivery,compared the numerical rating scale score of the two groups,(3.21±1.55)points in the observation group was lower than(5.19±2.27)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of primiparous women undergoing natural childbirth can effectively stabilize their emotions,relieve pain and anxiety,and the application effect is remarkable.
