Effect of nursing intervention in critically ill patients with hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in critically ill patients with hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics. Methods 78 critically ill patients with obstetric hemorrhagic shock were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 94.87%in the observation group, higher than 76.92%in the control group, and the incidence of organ failure was 7.69%,lower than 25.64%in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical indicators such as blood loss,Hamilton depression scale score after intervention, blood gas residual base in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention can reduce the amount of blood loss in critically ill patients with obstetric hemorrhagic shock, reduce the index of blood gas residual alkali, reduce the risk of organ failure and improve the efficiency of rescue.
