Effect of full midwife presence on comfort and quality of life of women in vaginal delivery
Objective To analyze the effect of full midwife presence delivery nursing intervention on comfort and quality of life in parturients during vaginal delivery.Methods 200 parturients who gave birth in the Obstetrics Department of our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(100 cases)and the observation group(100 cases)by computer grouping method.The control group was treated with routine delivery nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with full midwife presence delivery nursing intervention.The scores of life quality and comfort were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of all indexes in the generic quality of life inventory-74 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological,environmental and physiological scores of the general comfort questionnaire in the observation group were(37.41±4.53)points,(26.09±3.17)points and(18.62±1.32)points,respectively,which were higher than(30.65±4.16)points,(18.76±2.86)points and(16.03±1.25)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Full midwife presence delivery nursing intervention can not only improve the comfort level of parturients in vaginal delivery,but also significantly improve their quality of life,which has significant promotion value.
