The effect of"one-to-one"responsibility midwifery nursing in the water sac trial birth of parturients
Objective To investigate the effect of"one-to-one"responsibility midwifery nursing in parturients with water sac trial labor. Methods 86 cases of parturients with water sac trial labor were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine midwifery nursing, and the observation group received"one-to-one"responsibility midwifery nursing. The methods of delivery, duration of labor and incidence of adverse delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was 79.07%,higher than 53.49%of the control group, while the cesarean section rate was 9.30%,lower than 32.56%of the control group(P<0.05).The first, second, third and total labor time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was 6.98%,which was significantly lower than 27.91%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"one-to-one"responsibility midwifery nursing in parturients with water sac trial labor can increase the rate of natural delivery, reduce the rate of cesarean section, shorten the labor time and improve the outcome of labor, which is worth popularizing.
