Effects of bilateral perineal nerve block combined with midwifery nursing on maternal labor and mental state
Objective To analyze the effects of bilateral perineal nerve block combined with midwifery nursing on maternal labor and mental state. Methods 66 expectant parturients were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received bilateral perineal nerve block, and the observation group was combined with midwifery nursing mode intervention on the basis of the control group. The effects of intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the first, second and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of psychological states in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲperineal tears in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of lateral perineal incision was 6.06%,lower than 30.30%in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bilateral perineal nerve block combined with midwifery nursing can not only shorten the labor time, effectively relieve the negative emotions of pariplegia, but also reduce the rate of lateral perineal incision and perineal tear. The clinical effect is significant and can be promoted.
