Effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on pelvic floor dysfunction in vaginal delivery maternal
Objective To explore the effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on pelvic floor dysfunction in with vaginal delivery maternal. Methods 80 cases of maternal who delivered vaginalis were selected as the study objects and Group by random number table method. The control group(n=40)received postpartum routine nursing, and the observation group(n=40)received postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The pelvic floor muscle strength, maximum vaginal pressure and pelvic floor dysfunction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the muscle strength of class Ⅰ muscle fiber, the muscle strength of class Ⅱ muscle fiber and the maximum vaginal pressure were(4.14±0.89)μV,(3.71±0.75)μV and(83.94±8.47)cmH2O,respectively,which were higher than(3.18±0.68)μV(2.64±0.55)μV,(71.17±7.35)cm H2O in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing for women with vaginal delivery can significantly improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and reduce the risk of pelvic floor dysfunction, which is worth popularizing.
