The effect of structured group sandbox game combined with mindfulness intervention on the stress of pregnant and postpartum women
Objective To explore the effect of structured group sandplay combined with mindfulness intervention on the stress of pregnant and postpartum women. Methods 100 pregnant and postpartum women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention mode, while the observation group received a combination of structured group sandplay and mindfulness mode based on the above. The stress levels and application effects of the two groups of pregnant women were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the delivery time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a structured group sandbox game combined with mindfulness intervention for pregnant and postpartum women can effectively improve their fear of childbirth, reduce their fear of childbirth, improve delivery outcomes and natural delivery rates, enhance delivery confidence and satisfaction, and can be further promoted.
