The impact of nutritional intervention and body quality management on pregnancy outcomes in overweight pregnant women before pregnancy
Objective To explore the impact of nutritional intervention on improving the pregnancy outcomes of overweight pregnant women before pregnancy.Methods 30 pre pregnancy overweight pregnant women who received routine intervention in our hospital were selected as the control group,and another 30 pre pregnancy overweight pregnant women who received nutritional intervention and body quality management in our hospital were selected as the research group.Compare the baseline body mass,gestational growth body mass,maternal pregnancy outcomes,and neonatal outcomes between two groups.Results The weight gain during pregnancy in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress,and macrosomia in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional intervention in body mass management can effectively control the growth of pre pregnancy overweight pregnant women and improve pregnancy outcomes.
