The clinical effect of uterine dorsal suture combined with ascending branch ligation of uterine artery in the treatment of refractory postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combined application of uterine dorsal cord suture and ligation of the ascending branch of the uterine artery on refractory postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 300 patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups using a lottery method, with 150 cases in each group. The experimental group underwent uterine dorsal suture assisted with ascending branch ligation of the uterine artery, while the control group underwent only ascending branch ligation of the uterine artery.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups of surgeries. Results The experimental group had better surgical indicators and postoperative ovarian hemodynamic indicators than the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of uterine dorsal suture combined with ligation of the ascending branch of the uterine artery in patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage is highly feasible, can shorten postoperative recovery time, have a low incidence of complications, and can also reduce stimulation of ovarian tissue. It is recommended to promotion.
