Interventional effects of health management strategies on menopausal transitional women
Objective To analyze the application effect of health management strategies in the care of menopausal transitional women.Methods A total of 130 women admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group implemented a combination of routine treatment and health management strategy,and compared the treatment effects,symptom scores,and quality of life between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the symptom score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting health management strategies can improve the treatment effectiveness,alleviate symptoms,and improve the quality of life for menopausal transitional women.
