摘要
目的 分析健康管理策略在绝经过渡期女性护理中的应用效果.方法 选取本院收治的130例绝经过渡期女性为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各65例.对照组实施常规治疗.观察组实施常规治疗联合健康管理策略,比较两组治疗效果、症状积分、生活质量.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,症状积分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 采取健康管理策略能够提高绝经过渡期女性治疗效果,减轻症状,改善生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of health management strategies in the care of menopausal transitional women.Methods A total of 130 women admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group implemented a combination of routine treatment and health management strategy,and compared the treatment effects,symptom scores,and quality of life between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the symptom score was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adopting health management strategies can improve the treatment effectiveness,alleviate symptoms,and improve the quality of life for menopausal transitional women.
