The effect and safety analysis of continuous folding suturing of the lower segment of the uterus in cesarean section of pregnant women with scarred uterus
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of continuous folding suturing of the lower segment of the uterus in cesarean section of pregnant women with scarred uterus. Methods 85 pregnant women with scarred uterus admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups based on different treatment strategies:a control group of 42 cases and a study group of 43 cases. The control group received standard suturing surgery and intravenous infusion of oxytocin, while the observation group received continuous longitudinal folding suturing of the lower segment of the uterus in addition to the control group.Compare the differences in postpartum hemorrhage volume, transfusion volume, hospital stay, coagulation function, and hemoglobin levels between two groups. Results The postpartum hemorrhage and transfusion volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 day of surgery, the platelet count, thrombin time, prothrombin time, and hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous folding and suturing of the lower segment of the uterus can effectively reduce postpartum bleeding, reduce transfusion needs, shorten hospital stay, improve postoperative recovery, and have a low risk of complications in cesarean section of pregnant women with scarred uterus. It is worth promoting.
