Analysis of the effectiveness of hysteroscopy combined with assisted reproductive technology in the treatment of infertility
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of hysteroscopy combined with assisted reproductive technology in the treatment of infertility. Methods Sixty patients with infertility in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received laparoscopic surgery, while the observation group received laparoscopic surgery combined with assisted reproductive technology.Compare the hormone levels before and after treatment between two groups, including estrogen(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),etc.Record the clinical indicators of the two groups, and calculate the complications and pregnancy rates of the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of E2,FSH,and LH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter surgical time and first time out of bed compared to the control group, and less intraoperative bleeding than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the observation group was 96.67%higher than that in the control group, which was 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hysteroscopy and assisted reproductive technology in the treatment of infertility can effectively improve the patient's hormone levels, increase the fertility rate, have fewer complications, are safe and reliable, and are worthy of promotion.
