Effect of outpatient antenatal examination and education intervention on health cognition and delivery outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes
Objective To explore the influence of antenatal examination and education intervention on health cognition and delivery outcome of pregnant women with diabetes in pregnancy.Methods 70 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who received obstetric treatment in our community outpatient department were selected as the study subjects.Divide into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received outpatient prenatal examination and routine education,while the observation group received outpatient prenatal examination and education intervention.Detect blood glucose and inflammatory factor indicators in two groups of patients,evaluate health awareness and treatment compliance status,and record delivery outcomes to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The health awareness score and treatment compliance score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Outpatient antenatal examination and education have a significant effect in the intervention of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.It is helpful to improve the blood sugar indicators of patients,improve their health awareness and treatment compliance,and avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
