精细化护理管理在剖宫产孕产妇围手术期的研究进展

摘要
随着我国社会公共服务体系的建设,人们对护理质量的要求也越来越高,而剖宫产孕产妇作为一个家庭的重中之重,其围手术期的护理质量更成为人们关注的焦点.在剖宫产孕产妇围手术期应用精细化护理的模式,能够让护理人员更加注重细节,突破护理质量瓶颈,提升患者的满意度.本文对精细化护理管理模式在剖宫产孕产妇围手术期的应用进行综述,分析精细化护理管理在孕产妇围手术期中的应用并总结精细化护理在孕产妇围手术期的研究进展,为临床工作提供依据.
Abstract
With the construction of China's social public service system,people's requirements for nursing quality are also increasing.As a family,the quality of perioperative care for cesarean section pregnant women has become a focus of attention.The implementation of refined nursing during the perioperative period of cesarean section can enable nursing staff to pay more attention to details,break through nursing quality bottlenecks,and improve patient satisfaction.This article reviews the application of refined nursing management mode in the perioperative period of cesarean section pregnant women,analyzes the application of refined nursing management in the perioperative period of pregnant women,and summarizes the research progress of refined nursing in the perioperative period of pregnant women,providing a basis for clinical work.
