Clinical study on CO2 lattice laser technology for the treatment of vulvar sclerotic lichen
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of CO2 lattice laser technology in the treatment of vulvar sclerosing lichen. Methods 60 patients with vulvosclerotic lichen lesions in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with glucocorticoid+traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations, and the test group was treated with CO2 dot matrix laser.Compare the scores of changes in external genital itching, skin color, tear, and sexual intercourse pain before and after treatment between two groups to evaluate clinical efficacy and recurrence time. Results After treatment, the scores of external genital itching, skin color, and sexual intercourse pain in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CO2 lattice laser treatment has a good clinical efficacy in patients with vulvar sclerosing lichen, which can significantly improve symptoms such as vulvar itching, skin color, and pain during sexual intercourse. It can be regarded as an effective treatment method for vulvar sclerosing lichen, and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
