The application effect of Jinqiao detoxification oral liquid in the treatment of gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To explore the application effect of Jinqiao Detoxification Oral Liquid,an internal preparation of our hospital,in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases,using a random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received the addition of our hospital's internal preparation Jinqiao Detoxification Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group's treatment.The rates of abnormal body temperature,hospitalization costs,C-reactive protein indicators,procalcitonin indicators,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results After treatment,the abnormal rate of body temperature in the observation group was 10.00％(3/30),which was lower than the control group's 33.33％(10/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group had shorter hospitalization time and lower hospitalization costs compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with our hospital's internal preparation Jinqiao Detoxification Oral Liquid has a significant clinical effect.It can not only significantly improve the patient's clinical indicators,but also shorten the treatment cycle,promote patient recovery,and increase patient satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
