Analysis of the effect of rabelol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of gestational hypertension
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of rabelol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnant women with hypertension and its impact on adverse events during delivery. Methods 40 patients with gestational hypertension who were treated in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, each with 20 cases, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, while the observation group was treated with a combination of rabelol and magnesium sulfate.Detect the blood pressure and 24-hour urine protein quantification values of two groups of patients, and record adverse delivery events(premature birth, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia),and compare the treatment effects of the two groups. Results After treatment, the blood pressure values and 24-hour urine protein quantification values of both groups decreased compared to before treatment, and the observation group had lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of using rabelol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnant women with hypertension is significant, and it has a positive improvement effect on patient blood pressure,24-hour urine protein quantification, and adverse events during delivery. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
