The application effect of hysteroscopic release surgery combined with Fenmatong in patients with severe intrauterine adhesions and its impact on the endometrium
Objective To explore the application effect of hysteroscopic release surgery combined with Fenmatong in patients with severe intrauterine adhesions and its impact on the endometrium. Methods 84 patients with severe intrauterine adhesions who underwent intrauterine release surgery in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received postoperative treatment with Bu Jia Le,while the observation group received postoperative treatment with Fenmatong. The endometrial thickness, menstrual rec overy, and medication safety of the two groups were compared. Results Before medication, there was no statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After 15 days and 1 and 2 months of medication, the thickness of the endometrium in the observation group was thicker than that in the control group(P<0.05).After medication, the observation group had more menstrual flow than the control group, and the menstrual cycle time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of drugs(P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic release surgery combined with Fenmatong regimen can accelerate postoperative endometrial repair in patients with severe intrauterine adhesions, improve their menstrual condition, and ensure medication safety. It is worth clinical reference and promotion.
