Clinical efficacy analysis of Gongliuqing capsules combined with tamoxifen in postmenopausal patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of using Gongyuqing Capsules combined with Tamoxifen for the treatment of postmenopausal uterine fibroids.Methods 80 patients with menopausal uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with tamoxifen citrate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Gongliuqing capsules in addition to the reference group.The levels of hormone and inflammatory factor indicators,as well as clinical efficacy,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hormone levels and inflammatory factor indicators between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of hormones and inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Gongliuqing Capsules and Tamoxifen can effectively reduce hormone levels,improve inflammatory factor indicators,enhance clinical treatment effectiveness,and be safer and more effective in menopausal patients with uterine fibroids.It is worth promoting and applying.
