目的 分析基于仿真模型的人性化带教方法在产科护理教学中的应用价值.方法 选取2020级护理助产专业的60名实习生为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,各30名实习生.对照组实施传统带教法,试验组则采用基于仿真模型的人性化带教法,比较两组考核成绩以及对带教老师满意度评价.结果 试验组的操作能力、理论能力、应变能力评分、带教满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于仿真模型的人性化带教法在产科护理教学中价值明显,可以增加实习生动手操作机会,激发实习生的学习兴趣,调动实习生主观能动性,提高实习生的护理水平,提升实习生对带教老师的满意度,具有较高的推广价值.
Application analysis of humanized teaching method based on simulation model in obstetric nursing teaching
Objective To analyze the application value of a humanized teaching method based on simulation models in obstetric nursing teaching.Methods 60 interns from the nursing midwifery program in 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each consisting of 30 interns.The control group implemented traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group adopted a humanized teaching method based on simulation models.The assessment scores and satisfaction evaluations of the teaching teachers were compared between the two groups.Results The operational ability,theoretical ability,adaptability score,and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized teaching method based on simulation models has significant value in obstetric nursing teaching,increasing the hands-on operation opportunities for interns,stimulating their learning interest,mobilizing their subjective initiative,improving their nursing level,and enhancing their satisfaction with teacher guidance.It has high promotional value.
