The impact of family collaborative nursing model on self-management ability of primiparous women undergoing spinal anesthesia
Objective To explore the impact of family collaborative nursing model on self-management ability of primiparous women undergoing spinal anesthesia. Methods 140 primiparous women undergoing spinal anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Divide into two groups according to historical control grouping method, with 70 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received family collaborative nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results After the intervention, the self-management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was 4.29%(3/70),lower than 14.29%(10/70)in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of family collaborative nursing intervention can improve the self-management ability of primipara under spinal anesthesia, and primipara have a high evaluation of nursing satisfaction, and can reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
