基于人性化护理理念的多形式延续护理模式在崩漏患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探究基于人性化护理理念的多形式延续护理模式在崩漏患者中的应用效果.方法 选取300例崩漏患者,按照抽签法分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于人性化护理理念的多形式延续护理模式,比较两组的临床症状改善情况、不良情绪、护理满意度及配合度.结果 干预后,观察组的临床症状评分、不良情绪评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组的护理满意度、配合度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对崩漏患者采用基于人性化护理理念的多形式延续护理模式,可以减轻临床症状,改善其焦虑以及抑郁情绪,提升护理满意度与配合度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of a multi form continuous nursing model based on the concept of humanized nursing in patients with metrorrhagia and leakage.Methods 300 patients with uterine leakage were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received a multi form continuous nursing model based on humanized nursing concepts.The clinical symptom improvement,adverse emotions,nursing satisfaction,and cooperation between the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the clinical symptom score and negative emotion score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction and cooperation of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adopting a multi form continuous nursing model based on humanized nursing concepts for patients with uterine leakage can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve their anxiety and depression,and enhance nursing satisfaction and cooperation.
