预防性护理对妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期患者下肢深静脉血栓发生的影响

摘要
目的 探讨预防性护理对妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期患者下肢深静脉血栓发生的影响.方法 选取本院40例妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期患者为研究对象,采用投掷硬币法分为两组,各20例.参照组展开围手术期常规护理干预研究组展开围手术期预防性护理干预,比较两组下肢深静脉血栓发生率、护理满意度评分、护理质量评分以及生活质量评分.结果 两组下肢深静脉血栓发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).研究组护理满意度评分、护理质量评分、生活质量评分均高于参照组(P＜0.05).结论 预防性护理干预措施的合理运用,可显著降低妇科恶性肿瘤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓概率,可以提高护理满意度、护理质量以及生活质量,改善妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期患者的预后.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing on the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients with gynecological malignant tumors during the perioperative period.Methods 40 patients with gynecological malignant tumors during the perioperative period in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a coin toss method,with 20 cases in each group.Refer to the study on routine nursing interventions during the perioperative period of group expansion,and compare the incidence rate,nursing satisfaction score,nursing quality score,and quality of life score of lower limb deep vein thrombosis between two groups in terms of preventive nursing interventions during the perioperative period of group expansion.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis between the two groups(P＞0.05).The nursing satisfaction score,nursing quality score,and quality of life score of the research group were all higher than those of the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The reasonable use of preventive nursing interventions can significantly reduce the probability of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in gynecological malignant tumor patients,improve nursing satisfaction,quality of care,and quality of life,and can improve the prognosis of perioperative patients with gynecological malignant tumors.
