The effect of preventive nursing on the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in perioperative patients with gynecological malignant tumors
Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing on the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients with gynecological malignant tumors during the perioperative period. Methods 40 patients with gynecological malignant tumors during the perioperative period in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups using a coin toss method, with 20 cases in each group.Refer to the study on routine nursing interventions during the perioperative period of group expansion, and compare the incidence rate, nursing satisfaction score, nursing quality score, and quality of life score of lower limb deep vein thrombosis between two groups in terms of preventive nursing interventions during the perioperative period of group expansion. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis between the two groups(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction score, nursing quality score, and quality of life score of the research group were all higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The reasonable use of preventive nursing interventions can significantly reduce the probability of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in gynecological malignant tumor patients, improve nursing satisfaction, quality of care, and quality of life, and can improve the prognosis of perioperative patients with gynecological malignant tumors.
