Exploring the improvement of symptoms in pregnant women with hypothyroidism through comprehensive and targeted nursing care
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive and targeted nursing interventions on the symptoms of pregnant women with hypothyroidism.Methods 60 pregnant women with hypothyroidism who received treatment and gave birth in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using the sequential balance method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The research group implemented comprehensive and targeted nursing interventions.Compare the levels of thyroid hormones and the improvement of thyroid hormone symptoms between two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the thyroid hormone levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the time for thyroid biochemical function to return to normal and the disappearance of symptoms of hypothyroidism during pregnancy were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive and targeted nursing interventions for pregnant women with hypothyroidism can effectively improve their clinical symptoms of thyroid function,alleviate thyroid hormone levels,and achieve good results.
