Analysis of the influence of stage nursing on patients with endometrial cancer
Objective To explore the effect of stage nursing on quality of life of patients with endometrial cancer.Methods 62 patients with endometrial cancer were selected and divided into observation group(receiving phased nursing)and control group(receiving routine nursing)according to random number table method,with 31 cases each.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were(43.64±3.58)points and(44.62±3.61)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(54.29±5.94)points and(53.11±4.13)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the uncertainty score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage nursing for patients with endometrial cancer can stabilize their psychological state,reduce the uncertainty of the disease,and then obtain the cooperation of patients in the whole nursing process,reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
