叙事护理联合加速康复外科理念在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者手术护理中的应用价值

摘要
目的 探索分析在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者手术护理中叙述护理联合加速康复外科理念的应用价值.方法 选取本院收治的300例腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各150例.对照组实施传统手术护理,观察组采取叙事护理联合加速康复外来理念.比较两组临床应用效果.结果 观察组麻醉复苏时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者手术护理中辅助实施叙事护理联合加速康复外科理念干预方案,能明显改善患者心理状态,加快术后身体恢复,降低并发症发生率,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of nursing combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in the surgical care of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 300 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received traditional surgical care,while the observation group received narrative care combined with accelerated rehabilitation with external concepts.Compare the clinical application effects of two groups.Results The anesthesia recovery time,postoperative mobilization time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,both SAS and SDS scores significantly decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of narrative nursing combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept intervention in the surgical care of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy can significantly improve their psychological state,accelerate postoperative physical recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth promoting.
