The impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum complications of severe preeclampsia in ICU patients
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum complications in severe preeclampsia patients in the ICU.Methods 64 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia in the ICU of our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing care. The incidence of complications, blood pressure levels, and clinical related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of symptoms in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure level of the experimental group at discharge was lower than that of the control group, and the Apgar score of newborns was higher than that of the control group.Other time indicators, lochia volume at 24 hours postpartum, and uterine floor height were all better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing can reduce the risk of postpartum complications in women with severe preeclampsia in the ICU,improve their pregnancy outcomes, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
