Value analysis of high-quality nursing in the operating room during laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery
Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery in the operating room. Methods 180 patients with ovarian cysts who underwent laparoscopic surgery were selected as the research subjects.Based on the patient's consent, they were randomly divided into two groups, with 90 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received high-quality care in the operating room. The surgical and rehabilitation conditions, treatment effects, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The results showed that the observation group had shorter surgical time, recovery time of bowel sounds, first exhaust time, and hospital stay compared to the control group. The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery in the operating room can shorten surgical time, increase postoperative recovery speed, optimize surgical outcomes, reduce postoperative complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
