The impact of evidence-based nursing on negative emotions, postpartum perineal pain, and nursing satisfaction in women undergoing vaginal delivery
Objective To explore the impact of evidence-based nursing on negative emotions, postpartum perineal pain, and nursing satisfaction in women undergoing vaginal delivery. Methods 130 postpartum women who underwent vaginal delivery admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Divide into two groups according to the random number table method, with 65 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention. The self-evaluation scale(SAS),depression self-evaluation scale(SDS)scores, and perineal pain(VAS)scores of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased compared to before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 3,6,and 12 hours of intervention, the observation group VAS scored lower than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing intervention for vaginal delivery mothers has a definite effect, can reduce their negative emotions, improve postpartum perineal pain, and increase their satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
