Intervention effect of clinical evidence-based nursing on mifepristone treatment for missed miscarriage patients
Objective To explore the intervention effect of clinical evidence-based nursing on patients with missed miscarriage treated with mifepristone.Methods 60 patients with missed miscarriage treated with mifepristone in the gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases,using a random number table method.Both groups of patients received mifepristone treatment,the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received clinical evidence-based nursing intervention.Evaluate two groups of negative emotions,family functional status,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction,and compare the intervention effects between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The family function score,various quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence based nursing has a significant effect on the treatment of mifepristone induced abortion,which can regulate patient emotions,improve family function,enhance quality of life and nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting and applying.
