Analysis of the application effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the care of uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying a continuous improvement plan for nursing quality in the implementation of nursing care for patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to different nursing interventions,the patients were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the analysis group implemented nursing services based on continuous improvement of nursing quality.Compare the physiological health,psychological health,nursing satisfaction,and nursing quality scores between two groups.Results The scores of physiological health,psychological health,nursing satisfaction,and nursing quality in the analysis group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement plan of nursing quality in the treatment of uterine fibroid patients can not only ensure their physical and mental health,but also improve nursing satisfaction and quality,which is worth promoting.
