The application effect of precision case continuation nursing in patients with threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy
Objective To explore the effectiveness of using precision case continuation nursing in the care of patients with threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy.Methods 74 patients with threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine continuing care,while the observation group received precise individual case continuing care.Compare the intervention effects between two groups.Results The success rate of maintaining pregnancy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the awareness scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the awareness scores and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of precise case continuation nursing for patients with threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy has an ideal effect,which is conducive to improving the success rate of pregnancy preservation,alleviating negative emotions of patients,and improving patient awareness and satisfaction.It has reference significance and clinical promotion value.
