The value of high-quality nursing in postoperative care of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy
Objective To analyze the value of adopting high-quality nursing care in the postoperative care of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 68 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.After admission,they were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received high-quality care.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The experimental group had shorter postoperative exhaust time,mobilization time,and urinary catheter removal time compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The visual simulation assessment scale score and incidence of complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively alleviate patient discomfort and pain,shorten postoperative recovery time,effectively control the occurrence of complications,improve patient quality of life and satisfaction with clinical management,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
