综合护理在腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 分析综合护理在腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者护理中的应用效果.方法 选取本院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的60例异位妊娠患者为研究对象.按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理.比较两组心理状态、睡眠质量、术后并发症情况,分析综合护理干预的效果.结果 护理后,观察组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分及术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理可以良好改善腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠患者心理和睡眠状态,减少术后不良并发症,护理干预效果理想,值得推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Divide into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.Compare psychological status,sleep quality,and postoperative complications between two groups,and analyze the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing interventions.Results After nursing,the SAS,SDS,PSQI scores,and postoperative complication incidence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the psychological and sleep status of ectopic pregnancy patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,reduce postoperative adverse complications,and achieve ideal nursing intervention effects.It is worth promoting and applying.
