To investigate the value of HPV E6/E7mRNA detection combined with photodynamic therapy in the shunt diagnosis and treatment of patients with low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions of the cervix
Objective To investigate the value of HPV E6/E7mRNA detection combined with photodynamic therapy in the shunt diagnosis and treatment of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(LSIL).Methods 100 female LSIL patients were selected for HPV typing and E6/E7mRNA detection, and then provided with photodynamic therapy. The clinical effect and HPV negative conversion were compared at different time after treatment. Results The diagnostic accuracy of HPV typing and E6/E7mRNA were 90.0%and 88.0%respectively.After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate and HPV negative conversion rate were 91.0%and 62.0%,which were higher than 71.0%and 42.0%after 3 months of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of HPV E6/E7mRNA assay has high accuracy in determining LSIL.And to provide patients with photodynamic therapy, the effect is remarkable, can significantly improve the symptoms, promote the rapid recovery of the condition.
