探讨HPV E6/E7mRNA检测联合光动力治疗对宫颈低级别鳞状上皮内病变患者分流诊治的价值

摘要
目的 了解HPV E6/E7mRNA检测联合光动力治疗对低级别鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)的分流诊治价值.方法 选取100例LSIL女性患者,均进行HPV分型检测及E6/E7mRNA检测,然后采用光动力治疗.比较治疗后不同时间临床疗效及HPV转阴情况.结果 与组织学检测结果比较,HPV分型检测结果的诊断准确率为90.0％,E6/E7mRNA检测结果的诊断准确率为88.0％.治疗6个月后,患者总有效率和HPV转阴率为91.0％、62.0％,均分别高于治疗3个月时的71.0％、42.0％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 HPV E6/E7mRNA检测方法的联合应用,对判断LSIL具有较高的准确性;而对患者提供光动力治疗,疗效显著,可以显著改善症状,促进病情快速恢复.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of HPV E6/E7mRNA detection combined with photodynamic therapy in the shunt diagnosis and treatment of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(LSIL).Methods 100 female LSIL patients were selected for HPV typing and E6/E7mRNA detection,and then provided with photodynamic therapy.The clinical effect and HPV negative conversion were compared at different time after treatment.Results The diagnostic accuracy of HPV typing and E6/E7mRNA were 90.0％and 88.0％respectively.After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate and HPV negative conversion rate were 91.0％and 62.0％,which were higher than 71.0％and 42.0％after 3 months of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined application of HPV E6/E7mRNA assay has high accuracy in determining LSIL.And to provide patients with photodynamic therapy,the effect is remarkable,can significantly improve the symptoms,promote the rapid recovery of the condition.
