The clinical characteristics of PGT-A women with repeated embryo implantation failure were analyzed
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of preimplantation genetic screening(PGT-A)in women with repeated failed embryo implantation. Methods 498 infertile women receiving IVF and embryo transfer treatment were selected, including 79 women receiving PGT-A after repeated implantation failure(RIF group)and 419 women in the control group.According to whether euploid embryos were obtained or not,79 RIF patients were divided into euploid embryo group(51 cases)and not(28 cases). Results The age of RIF group was longer than that of control group, the levels of basal follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E,)were higher than those of control group, and the basal sinus follicle count(AFC)was lower than that of control group.Exogenous gonadotropin(Gn)dosage, human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)day E2 level, egg number,MII egg number and 2PN number were all lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The age of RIF-S group was lower than that of RIF-F group, and the number of biopsy embryos,D3 fine embryos, blastocysts and fine capsules were higher than those of RIF-F group(P<0.05).Conclusion RIF is more likely to occur in elderly women with poor ovarian reserve.
