Clinical efficacy analysis of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with dexmedetone in treatment of endometrial polyps
Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with dexmedetone in treatment with endometrial polyps. Methods 78 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and divided into the experimental group(treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection combined with postoperative oral desdrogesterone tablets)and the control group(treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection)according to random number table method, with 39 cases each. The therapeutic effect, recurrence rate, endometrial parameters, menstruation and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, endometrial parameters, menstrual status and sex hormone levels of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with dexmedetone has therapeutic effect on endometrial polyps, improve endometrial parameters, menstrual status, and sex hormone levels.
