Application of low dose epidural anesthesia combined with shallow general anesthesia in ectopic pregnancy combined with shock operation
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low dose epidural anesthesia combined with shallow general anesthesia in patients with ectopic pregnancy combined with shock. Methods 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy combined with shock were selected and divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods, with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given superficial general anesthesia with tracheal intubation during the operation, and patients in the observation group were given low-dose epidural anesthesia combined with shallow general anesthesia during the operation. The vital signs, operation time, recovery time and extubation time of the two groups were compared at different time points. Results The heart rate at the beginning of anesthesia(Ti),the beginning of surgery(T2)and the end of surgery(T3)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the mean arterial pressure was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time, recovery time and extubation time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of low dose epidural anesthesia combined with shallow general anesthesia is ideal in patients with ectopic pregnancy combined with shock, which can not only stabilize their vital signs effectively, but also shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time.
